Bungee Fitness

We offer beginner and intermediate classes of bungee fitness. In the first ‘beginner’ class you can learn the basic foundational moves which will then allow you to progress to the ‘Step up’ class which will offer more dynamic movements, rhythm and choreographed sequences.

What it is:

Bungee fitness classes are a dynamic and fun form of exercise that involves participants wearing a harness attached to bungee cords suspended from the ceiling. These bungee cords provide resistance and support, allowing individuals to perform a variety of movements, including jumps, lunges, squats, and more, while being partially suspended.

How it works:

Instructors guide participants through sequences of movements that often mimic activities like dancing or acrobatics, adding an element of excitement and creativity to the workout. Bungee fitness classes have gained popularity due to their ability to provide a full-body workout in a unique and enjoyable way. We can cater to persons with a minimum weight of 45kgs and maximum weight of 115kg.

These classes often incorporate elements of cardio, strength training, and aerial movements.   • No, prior experience is not required. Bungee fitness classes are designed to be accessible to beginners, we provide guidance and support throughout the session.

  • Weight restrictions - a minimum of 45kgs and a maximum of 115kgs. If unsure, it is recommended to check with us for any weight limitations.

  • Safety is a priority in bungee fitness, and proper equipment and technique are emphasized. We ensure participants are securely harnessed and provide guidance to maintain safe form during exercises.

  • Bungee fitness offers a range of benefits, including improved cardiovascular fitness, increased strength and muscular endurance, enhanced flexibility and balance, as well as a fun and engaging way to exercise and release stress.

  • We understand that plans may change, and we aim to accommodate our customers as best as possible.

    Customers are allowed to cancel their booking or service up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment without incurring any charges.

    Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will not be entitled to a refund or exchange.

    For events or services requiring significant preparation or reservations, a non-refundable deposit may have been collected at the time of booking. This deposit may not be refunded for cancellations of the scheduled date.

    No-Shows:
    Failure to show up for the scheduled appointment without 48 hours prior notice will result in a forfeiture of any deposits or payments made.

    Exceptions:
    In case of extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, natural disasters), we will review cancellations on a case-by-case basis and may waive cancellation fees. Proof/documentation of such circumstances may be required.

    Changes to Bookings:
    Customers may request changes to their bookings within the cancellation period, subject to availability and any associated fees.
